Job Description:
Business Operations & Strategy
- Partner with regional leadership to develop and execute business strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive operational planning, forecasting across the region.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable operational plans and measurable outcomes.
- Support business reviews and strategic initiatives

Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Lead standardization and optimization efforts across regional operations.
- Drive automation and digitization opportunities to improve productivity and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance frameworks, and operational standards.

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Projects, Business Development, Project Controls, Finance, HR.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to regional leaders on operational priorities and business decisions.




- Facilitate alignment between regional and global teams to achieve business objectives.
- Manage communications related to operational updates, initiatives, and business performance.

Program & Project Management
- Lead regional projects and transformation initiatives from planning through execution.
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
- Coordinate resources and stakeholders to drive timely project completion.
- Provide regular progress updates to leadership teams.

Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to regional and organizational operating procedures.
- Support audit readiness and compliance requirements.
- Establish governance models and reporting mechanisms for key business initiatives.

Monitor operational risks and implement mitigation plans.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualific
