Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design creative concepts, visual assets, layouts, and branding materials for digital and print platforms.
- Create engaging designs for social media, websites, presentations, campaigns, brochures, posters, and other marketing materials.
- Develop intuitive and visually appealing UI designs while following UX best practices and user-centered design principles.
- Create motion graphics, animations, and interactive visual content for digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the Communication Design team to understand creative briefs and deliver high-quality designs within timelines.
- Maintain consistency in brand guidelines across all communication materials.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Assist in video editing and post-production activities when required (preferred).

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a solid portfolio showcasing creative design work.




- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Figma, Adobe XD, and Canva.
- Knowledge of motion graphics tools such as Adobe After Effects.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools (preferred).
- Strong creativity, typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Experience:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design, UI/UX, and Motion Graphics.
