Where You'll Make a Difference
- Manage end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC)operations, ensuring seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a key liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholdersto deliver exceptional service.
- Drive operational excellence by ensuring timely order fulfillment, invoicing, dispatch coordination, and issue resolution.




- Support business growth through effective customer relationship management and proactive problem-solving.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement while maintaining SLA adherence and process compliance.
- What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Order Management, Customer Service, OTC, or Supply Chain operations.
- Strong understanding of the complete OTC cycle, including:
- Order Processing
- Invoicing & Billing
- Dispatch Coordination
- Customer Query Resolution
- Returns & Claims Management
- Hands-on experience working with SAP (SD/MM modules preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills with expertise in:
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- HLOOKUP
- INDEX-MATCH
- Pivot Tables
- MIS Reporting
- Data Reconciliation & Analysis
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting SLA commitments.
