About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and execution-focused Social Media Strategist who lives and breathes social media.

This role is for someone who can think strategically but is equally comfortable getting on the ground, attending shoots and events, creating content, working with creative teams, and ensuring that ideas actually get executed.

You will be responsible for managing the brand’s social media presence across platforms, developing content ideas, supporting social strategy, driving execution, and ensuring the brand consistently produces fresh, relevant, engaging, and culturally connected content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall brand and marketing objectives.
- Build monthly and weekly content calendars across relevant platforms.
- Identify content opportunities based on trends, conversations, cultural moments, competitors, and audience behaviour.




- Develop platform-specific content strategies for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Balance brand storytelling, product communication, educational content, entertainment, trends, and community-led content.
- Track social media performance and use insights to improve future content.

2. Content Ideation & Creative Execution
- Own the day-to-day flow of social content from idea → brief → production → publishing → performance analysis.
- Generate creative, entertaining, relatable, and platform-native content ideas.
- Develop concepts for:
- Reels
- Static posts
- Carousels
- Stories
- Short-form videos
- UGC
- Trend-led content
- Campaigns
- Product-led content
- Write or contribute to creative briefs, hooks, captions, scripts, and content directions.
- Ensure content is visually solid, engaging, and aligned with the brand’s tone and identity.
