ICU In-Charge Nurse

A reputed Multi-Speciality Hospital in Kadi is looking for an experienced and dynamic ICU In-Charge Nurse to lead its Intensive Care Unit. Salary-₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month (CTC)

Eligibility
- B.Sc. Nursing / P.B.B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Minimum 5-8 years of nursing experience, including 2-3 years in an ICU supervisory or In-Charge role.
- Strong knowledge of critical care nursing, ventilator management, emergency response, infection control, and NABH standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, documentation, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Intensive Care Unit.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Lead,



mentor, and support ICU nursing staff while maintaining appropriate staffing levels and duty rosters.
- Monitor patients' clinical condition and ensure timely interventions in coordination with consultants and intensivists.
- Oversee the safe administration of medications, IV therapies, ventilator care, and critical care procedures.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, infection prevention protocols, and patient safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation, ICU records, and quality indicators.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication with patients' families.
- Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and availability of ICU equipment and emergency supplies.
