The role requires close collaboration with senior management, sales teams, channel partners, and marketing agencies to ensure all business initiatives are aligned with the organization's growth objectives.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the overall Sales and Marketing function, ensuring alignment with the organization's business objectives and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and recommend business strategies.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to support project positioning, pricing, product planning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Design, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with market trends, customer requirements,



project objectives, and business goals.
- Develop project-specific marketing plans, including branding, digital marketing, outdoor advertising, events, public relations, and lead generation initiatives.
- Collaborate with management to formulate sales strategies, pricing approaches, launch plans, promotional offers, and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead generation, conversion ratios, customer engagement, and overall sales performance.
- Monitor and optimize marketing budgets by implementing effective cost-control measures while maximizing return on investment (ROI).
- Evaluate campaign performance using key marketing and sales metrics and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, digital marketing partners, media agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
