Role Objective

The Tender Manager / Executive will be responsible for identifying, managing, and submitting government and private tenders/RFPs related to IT infrastructure, hosting services, cloud solutions, and enterprise IT services, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Tender Identification & Analysis
- Search and track relevant tenders (GeM, eProcurement portals, PSU, Govt., Enterprise RFPs)
- Analyze tender requirements related to:
- Cloud Hosting / VPS / Dedicated Servers
- Data Center Services
- Managed IT Services
- Evaluate eligibility, technical feasibility, and profitability

2. Bid Preparation & Submission
- Prepare complete tender documents including:




- Technical proposals (hosting infrastructure, uptime SLA, security)
- Commercial bids and pricing strategy
- Coordinate with internal teams (tech, sales, finance)
- Ensure compliance with tender terms and deadlines

3. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain updated repository of:
- Company credentials (experience, certifications, infrastructure)
- Past project references
- Legal & financial documents
- Ensure adherence to government procurement norms

4. Technical Coordination
- Work with technical teams to:
- Define hosting architecture (cloud/VPS/dedicated)
- Highlight USPs such as:
- 99.95% uptime guarantee
- Global server locations
- 24/7 support availability

5. Vendor & Client Interaction
- Communicate with authorities for clarifications
- Attend pre-bid meetings and negotiations
- Build relationships with government departments and enterprise clients
