Key Responsibilities 1. GroupLegalSupport (Primary Function)
- Act as the right hand to the Group Legal Advisor, supporting all legal work across multiple group entities.
- Handle day-to-day legal tasks including contract work, advisory support, legal research, governance, and general in-house matters.
- Coordinate with external counsel across different jurisdictions as required.
- Assist with legal operations, documentation management, and process improvements.
2. India Compliance & Office Support (Secondary Function)
- Oversee legal and regulatory compliance for the India office
- Maintain internal controls and ensure the India office adheres to group standards.
- Support recruitment, supervision, and development of junior legal team members in Indi
