This is an excellent prospect to step into a senior leadership role within the ELT (English Language Teaching) Content Operations function, playing a central role in delivering high-quality educational products globally. This role represents a positive career move for individuals seeking to expand their people leadership and operational management experience in a global publishing environment. You will contribute to the delivery of approximately 1500 print and digital products annually, supporting OUP’s mission to deliver high-quality educational content at scale.





The role is particularly engaging due to its combination of team leadership, project delivery, stakeholder engagement (UK and global teams), and continuous improvement initiatives including automation and workflow optimization. You will work closely with Content Operations Managers, Delivery Team Managers, and ELT product squads using tools such as ClickUp and various publishing systems.

In this role, you will supervise and lead a team of Content Delivery Controllers supporting frontlist and backlist ELT products, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of digital and print assets.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing and supporting a team of Content Delivery Controllers, ensuring well-being, performance, and effective task execution

Allocating work and monitoring progress using ClickUp, ensuring fair workload distribution and timely completion
