About the Role

Key Responsibilities

HR Executive - Marketing
- Promote job openings across LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Support employer branding initiatives and enhance the company's online presence.
- Create and publish hiring-related content, job posts, and promotional materials.
- Maintain recruitment reports, databases, and marketing records.
- Assist in organizing hiring drives, campus recruitment, and recruitment events.

HR Executive - Sourcing
- Source têxtile products, yarns, fabrics, fibers, and other raw materials as per client or business requirements.:
- Identify and connect with têxtile manufacturers, suppliers, traders, exporters, and sourcing partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for quotations, product specifications, and sourcing requirements.
- Maintain sourcing databases,



supplier records, and recruitment documentation.
- Support end-to-end recruitment and têxtile sourcing operations.

Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR.:
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment may also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple hiring requirements.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment portals such as LinkedIn and Naukri.
