Business Development Manager - Field Sales

Neuralbits Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, target-oriented Business Development Manager to drive software sales and business growth in Lucknow.

Neuralbits Technologies is a leading healthcare technology company specializing in Medical Record Management and Paperless Hospital Solutions, currently serving 700+ hospitals and healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through field visits, cold calls, referrals, networking, and lead follow-ups.
- Identify hospitals and healthcare organizations and develop new client relationships.
- Conduct product demonstrations and understand customer requirements and operational challenges.
- Present suitable software solutions, handle objections, negotiate, and close sales.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and collection targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with Technical, Implementation,



and Customer Support teams for timely resolution of client concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, demonstrations, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Provide regular sales and performance updates to the reporting manager.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements and share relevant feedback.
- Follow company SOPs, pricing policies, documentation, and reporting processes.
- 2-5 years of experience in Business Development / Field Sales, preferably in Healthcare IT, HMS, ERP, SaaS, Software Sales, or Medical Sales.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable command of English and Hindi; will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable meeting hospital owners, doctors, administrators, and senior decision-makers.
