Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the overall Influencer Marketing Strategy aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Build, mentor, and manage the influencer marketing team, ensuring campaign excellence and timely execution.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-performing influencers across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, and other emerging platforms.
- Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, customer acquisition, and revenue.
- Establish long-term partnerships with influencers, agencies, talent managers, and content creators.
- Negotiate influencer contracts, pricing, deliverables, and campaign timelines while maximizing ROI.
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Creative, E-commerce, and Product teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as reach,



engagement, conversions, ROI, CPA, and influencer effectiveness, providing actionable insights.
- Manage campaign budgets, forecasts, and reporting while ensuring cost-effective execution.
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, competitor activities, creator economy developments, and platform algorithm changes.
- Ensure all influencer collaborations comply with advertising regulations and disclosure guidelines.
- Evaluate influencer marketing tools and platforms to improve campaign management and reporting.
- Develop scalable processes, SOPs, and best practices for influencer marketing operations.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Influencer Marketing Strategy and campaign planning.
- Expertise in Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, and emerging social platforms.
- Excellent influencer relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Strong negotiation
