Key Responsibilities
- Prepare authentic North Indian and Indian dishes as per standard recipes.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Ensure proper mise en place before every service.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth operations during service.
- Maintain stock and inform seniors about inventory requirements.
- Follow instructions from the Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
- Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of orders.
- Maintain discipline and professionalism in the kitchen.

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in an Indian kitchen.
- Good knowledge of Indian curries, tandoor (preferred), gravies, breads, and preparations.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ
- स्टैंडर्ड रेसिपी के अनुसार स्वादिष्ट एवं उच्च गुणवत्ता वाले भारतीय व्यंजन तैयार करना।
- भोजन की गुणवत्ता, स्वाद और प्रस्तुति (Presentation) को हमेशा एक समान बनाए रखना।
- प्रत्येक शिफ्ट से पहले सभी आवश्यक तैयारी (Mise en Place) पूरी करना।
- किचन में साफ-सफाई, स्वच्छता एवं फूड सेफ्टी के नियमों का पालन करना।
- खाद्य सामग्री की बर्बादी को कम करना तथा सामग्री का सही उपयोग करना।
- किचन टीम के साथ समन्वय बनाकर समय पर ऑर्डर तैयार करना।
- स्टॉक की निगरानी करना एवं आवश्यकता होने पर वरिष्ठों को सूचित करना।
- एग्जीक्यूटिव शेफ एवं सूस शेफ के निर्देशों का पालन करना।
- समय पर ऑर्डर तैयार कर ग्राहकों तक पहुँचाना
