HyreSpot is looking for an experienced and strategic Zonel sale manager Channel Sales to lead the company's sales function, accelerate revenue growth, and expand our business across multiple markets. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building high-performing sales teams, strengthening channel partnerships, and achieving company-wide revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's overall sales strategy to achieve revenue and business growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage Area Sales Managers, Business Development Managers, and the sales team to maximize performance.
- Establish sales goals, KPIs, and revenue targets while monitoring performance across all territories.
- Expand HyreSpot's market presence by identifying current business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and untapped markets.
- Build, strengthen, and manage a high-performing channel partner and business associate network.
- Drive B2B sales, enterprise sales, strategic alliances, and partner-led business initiatives.




- Develop sales forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management, and revenue planning processes.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Design and implement effective sales processes, reporting systems, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Recruitment, Customer Success, Product, and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer acquisition and service delivery.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and leadership meetings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, corporate partners, and strategic stakeholders.
- Negotiate high-value business agreements and support major client acquisitions.
- Ensure CRM accuracy, sales reporting, forecasting, and business analytics are maintained across the sales organization
