To be successful as a “Data Lead”, you should have experience with:
Basic / Essential Qualifications:
- Defining, directing and governing data architecture (inc. shared data environment, data model and standards) in support of business strategy, ensuring that data is accurate, secure and accessible to meet the needs of stakeholders.
- Leading data workstreams in complex HR transformation programmes to ensure data requirements including data mapping, migration, validation, assurance, sourcing, lineage and quality are met.
Desirable skillsets / good to have:
- Ability to work across large HR, HR Technology and wider programme teams to ensure alignment and delivery, managing formal programme governance requirements.
- Implementation of Data Products and enabling the use of data in AI models.
This role will be based out ofPune.
Purpose of the role
To enable data-driven strategic and operational decision making through extracting actionable insights from large datasets, performing statistical and advanced analytics to uncover trends and patterns, and presenting findings through explicit visualisations and reports.
