Responsibilities:
- Understand end-to-end Supply Chain & Manufacturing business processes: Procurement, Inventory Management, Production Planning, Bill of Materials (BOM), MRP, Warehouse Management
- Learn Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM functional capabilities
- Assist senior consultants in: Requirement gathering, Business process mapping, Solution documentation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Master data preparation
- Participate in client workshops and internal training sessions
- Support ERP implementation and post-go-live support activities
- MBA (SCM / Operations / Manufacturing / Production)
- 2024 / 2025 pass-outs preferred
- Strong academic record
- Positive analytical and logical thinking ability
- Basic understanding of: Supply chain concepts, Manufacturing processes, Inventory control, ERP systems (academic exposure acceptable)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Process-oriented mindset
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to understand business problems
- Willingness to learn technology platforms
