Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, servers, networking devices, CCTV systems, and internet connectivity.

Configure, troubleshoot, and support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls.

Ensure maximum system uptime, data backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity compliance.

Implement endpoint security, antivirus, firewall, and access management solutions.

Monitor system performance, identify security vulnerabilities,



and resolve technical issues proactively.

Provide technical support to users, conduct system maintenance, and maintain IT documentation.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS & DHCP

Hands-on experience with Networking, Firewalls, VPN & Security

Expertise in Hardware & Software Troubleshooting

Knowledge of Backup & Disaster Recovery Solutions

Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
