Below is the job description for open position

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage production plans to meet customer demand and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse to ensure material availability
- Monitor inventory levels, capacity,



and lead times to optimize supply planning
- Analyze demand forecasts and adjust plans to minimize shortages and excess inventory
- Drive improvements in planning accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory turns
- Resolve supply chain disruptions and escalate risks proactively
- Support S&OP; processes and provide regular planning reports to management

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- 5-8 years of planning experience in manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of production planning, MRP, and inventory control
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
