Key Responsibilities:
Lead implementation and maintenance of QMS as per IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.

Plan and conduct internal process audits, product audits, and system audits.

Coordinate external audits, certification audits, and customer audits.

Drive CAPA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement projects.

Monitor quality KPIs and ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements.

Manage document control, SOPs, procedures, and quality records.

Facilitate management review meetings and quality system reporting.

Support departments in quality improvement and problem-solving activities.

Train employees on QMS requirements and quality standards.
