Key Responsibilities
- Appoint and develop new authorized dealers and distributors within the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and channel partners.
- Conduct dealer visits, market surveys, and competitor analysis.
- Organize product demonstrations, dealer meets, roadshows, and promotional activities.
- Ensure dealers maintain adequate vehicle inventory and spare parts.
- Coordinate with finance partners for customer and dealer financing support.
- Assist dealers in resolving sales, service, and warranty-related issues.
- Monitor customer feedback and improve customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure timely collection of dealer payments and outstanding dues.
- Work closely with the marketing and service teams to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain discipline and comply with company policies and reporting standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Experience in Electric Vehicles, Automobile, Commercial Vehicles, Two-Wheelers, Tractors, Batteries, Tyres, Lubricants, Sales is preferred.
- Solid dealer appointment and channel management experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
