Job Opportunity - Store & Procurement Executive

Company: Dr. Shroff's Charity Eye Hospital
Location: Munger
Salary: ₹25,000 per month
- Analyze departmental requirements and manage end-to-end procurement activities.
- Source, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors to ensure quality, reliability, and cost optimization.
- Invite quotations, prepare comparative statements, and process purchase orders and approvals.
- Handle material receipt, verification, storage, and issue against indents as per hospital requirements.
- Manage inventory control, stock reconciliation, and physical vs. Tally stock verification.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including invoices, vendor records, gate passes (RGP, NRGP, Stock Transfer), and purchase files.
- Coordinate emergency medicine supplies and material dispatch to satellite hospitals.
- Maintain daily material issue entries in Tally ERP and support OT, ward,



and OPD supply requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and proper record management.

- Purchase Order and Invoice Verification
- Basic Knowledge of Inventory Control and FIFO/FEFO Practices

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
