About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their business requirements and present the company's services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
- Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM or sales tracker.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings when required.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.




- 1-3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and close sales effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in advertising, branding, digital marketing, media, or creative agency sales will be an added advantage.
- Existing network of corporate clients is preferred.
- Solid presentation and proposal development skills.
