Job Summary
Relax Adventure Resort is hiring a proactive employee to manage travel-agent bookings, develop new travel partners and handle reservations from enquiry to payment confirmation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard travel agents and tour operators.
- Share resort rates, packages, photos, offers and availability.
- Provide quotations based on approved live rates and agent discounts.
- Handle room, villa, group and leisure booking enquiries.
- Coordinate booking confirmations with the reservation and front-office teams.
- Follow up for advance and balance payments.
- Maintain records of enquiries, bookings, payments and agent details.
- Generate weekday, weekend and seasonal bookings.
- Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets.
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports.
- 2-4 years of experience in hotel reservations, resort sales or travel-agent sales.
- Existing travel-agent network will be preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Target-oriented and willing to travel for agent meetings.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Experience:
- B2B sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Travel Agent: 1 year (required)
