Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Hospital Store Manager to manage the hospital’s complete inventory and store operations, ensuring timely availability and proper control of medicines, medical consumables, surgical items, and general supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage receiving, storage, issue, and inventory control of hospital materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records, GRN, issue slips, and inventory documentation.
- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels, expiry, FIFO/FEFO, and stock movement.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Pharmacy, Nursing, OT, Departments, Finance, and Vendors.
- Prevent stock-outs, overstocking, expiry, wastage, and pilferage.
- Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, NABH standards, and inventory control procedures.
- Prepare stock reports, consumption reports, and procurement requirements.

Graduate preferred, with 3-7 years of relevant experience in hospital stores/inventory management. Valuable knowledge of hospital consumables, inventory software/ERP, documentation, team handling, and vendor coordination.

Pay: ₹10,635.80 - ₹25,000.00 per month
