We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Senior Store Keeper / Store Executive to manage our store operations, inventory systems, and material flow while supporting productive production and supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end store operations, including receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of raw materials, packing materials, consumables, and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock reconciliation through ERP systems.
- Monitor stock levels, identify shortages, and coordinate with the Purchase and Production teams for timely material availability.
- Ensure accurate ERP transactions, including Goods Receipt (GRN), material issues, stock transfers, and inventory adjustments.
- Maintain all store-related documentation, including GRNs, delivery challans, stock registers,



invoices, and material movement records.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Analyze inventory data, optimize stock levels, and minimize inventory discrepancies and material losses.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO practices, 5S, safety standards, and company store procedures.
- Develop and improve store processes, inventory controls, and documentation systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and MIS for management review.
- Support internal, external, and statutory audits by maintaining complete and accurate documentation.
