Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate activities that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Create a safe, joyful, and stimulating classroom workplace where children feel confident to explore and learn. Communicate effectively with parents in English regarding their child's progress, behavior, and milestones.
Maintain discipline with patience and positivity, using child-friendly methods. Track individual growth and development of each child and prepare regular progress updates. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to maintain a consistent and nurturing school culture.
