Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to lead the accounting team, oversee compliance, and provide accurate financial reporting to management. The role involves supervising AR and AP functions, managing statutory requirements, and ensuring smooth operations across all accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
1) Lead and manage the accounting team, including AR and AP executives.
2) Oversee franchise billing, royalty/fee billing and collections, and vendor payments.
3) Ensure timely and accurate preparation of invoices, e‑invoicing, and e‑way bills.
4) Manage GST and TDS compliance, reconciliation, and support to consultents and auditors.
5) Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and cash‑flow projections for management.
6) Act as the primary liaison between the accounting team and senior management.
Skill Requirements
Advanced working knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, e‑invoicing, and e‑way bills.
Proven ability in team management, compliance, and reporting.
Experience in handling accounting operations for a company with a large team.
Preferred Experience
Experience in FMCG, distribution, franchise, or retail industry accounting.
Experience Requirement
Minimum 5-7 Years (with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory/managerial role).
Salary
45K to 55K per month.
