JOB DESCRIPTION:
- As a Training Coordinator, your role is essential in managing the end-to-end operations of the Central Technical Academy (CTA), Vadodara, ensuring seamless administration, infrastructure readiness, and effective execution of technical training programs.




- This role combines academy administration (50%) and training management (50%), ensuring the academy delivers high-quality, compliant, and impactful capability-building programs aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
- Here are the key responsibilities:
- Academy Administration & Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Central Technical Academy (CTA)
- Ensure training infrastructure readiness (classrooms, equipment, materials, digital tools)
- Coordinate training schedules, calendars, and logistics across batches
- Handle vendor coordination (training partners, external faculty, infrastructure support)
- Monitor and manage training-related documentation and records
- Ensure audit-ready documentation for all training activities
- Track utilization of academy resources and ensure optimal usage
- Support budget tracking and cost control for training programs
- Drive process standardization and smooth functioni
