Key Responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication with all store points
- Collect and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports from stores.
- Identify fast-moving styles and coordinate timely replenishment to prevent loss of sales.
- Analyze store-wise performance and recommend stock allocation based on sell-through trends.
- Identify slow-moving inventory and coordinate stock transfers to locations where demand is stronger.
- Work closely with warehouse and sales teams to ensure effective stock movement and replenishment.
- Monitor attendance, performance, productivity, and store feedback.
- Ensure retail partners submit weekly and monthly sales reports as per agreed timelines.
