About Gen Executive

The Role

As our Marketing & Social Media Intern, you won't just be observing—you'll play an active role in growing Gen Executive's digital presence. You'll collaborate directly with our marketing and recruitment teams to create engaging content, build brand awareness, and showcase our expertise in executive search, recruitment trends, employer branding, and career insights.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation
- Brainstorm, script, create, and edit engaging short-form videos (LinkedIn Videos, Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Design skilled graphics, carousels, and social media posts promoting recruitment insights, career advice, hiring trends, and company updates.
- Assist in developing employer branding content and success stories.

Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and posting schedule.
- Support content planning through editorial calendars.

Community Engagement




- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Build relationships through meaningful interactions and networking.

Trend Research
- Stay current with recruitment trends, HR best practices, AI in hiring, and social media trends.
- Identify opportunities to create timely and relevant content that positions Gen Executive as a thought leader.

Analytics & Reporting
- Track key performance metrics including engagement, reach, impressions, website traffic, and follower growth.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Marketing & Campaign Support
- Support content creation for blogs, newsletters, case studies, and recruitment events.
- Research competitors and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
