Compensation: Up to 40% hike on last drawn salary + performance-based incentives (% of revenue generated)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth by acquiring current clients and generating hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients across industries
- Generate recruitment and staffing requirements through outbound business development
- Build and maintain relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and business stakeholders
- Conduct meetings, requirement discussions, and commercial negotiations
- Develop proposals and close business opportunities
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams for successful delivery
- Drive repeat business and account growth
Requirements:
- 1-4+ years of experience in Business Development,
Client Acquisition, Staffing, Recruitment, or B2B Growth roles
- Demonstrated experience generating business and closing client partnerships
- Strong network and relationship-building ability
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable owning end-to-end business development cycles
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, BPO, or service-based industries preferred
