Role Summary:
The Head - PMO is responsible for establishing, governing, and continuously improving project management practices across the portfolio of turnkey EPC projects in MV & EHV substations (AIS & GIS), Digital Substations, E-House, Skid solutions, and e-BOP systems.
This role ensures portfolio visibility, schedule discipline, risk management, and governance rigor across all projects, enabling predictable execution, on-time delivery, and improved profitability.
- Key Responsibilities:
1. Project & Portfolio Governance
Ensure adherence to stage-gate approvals and project lifecycle controls.
Lead structured project and portfolio reviews (monthly/quarterly).
Conduct deep-dive reviews on critical / high-risk projects.
Ensure timely identification and escalation of:
Schedule delays
Cost overruns
Engineering or procurement bottlenecks
Site execution risks
Facilitate cross-functional corrective action planning.

Portfolio Dashboards & Reporting
Develop and maintain real-time portfolio dashboards covering all significant techno-commercial aspects of the project.
Provide executive-level insights through data-driven reporting.
Standardize KPI frameworks across all projects.
4. Scheduling & Conducting Project Reviews
Plan and execute Periodic Project Reviews
Ensure structured agenda, data readiness, and actionable outcomes.
Drive review discipline across engineering, procurement, project management, and site teams.
Track and follow up on review action closure.
