About the Role:
Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.:
- Develop complex code based on functional specifications, completing logic and algorithm design in alignment with established standards while translating and analyzing software requirements into design specifications
- Perform complex peer code reviews and provide insight on the broader impact of software changes, incorporating business value and influencing technical direction across the team
- Influence and lead team standards, processes, and events including planning, work estimation, solution demos, reviews, and implementation design discussions
- Mentor, coach, train, and provide constructive feedback to team members, while making recommendations for internal process improvements and product documentation

Role Essentials:
- What you'll need to be successful in this role:_
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Significant experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages including Java,



C/C++, C#, Objective C, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, software design, and continuous software delivery
- Demonstrated experience with build environments, delivery pipelines, test automation, and continuous integration tools
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across all levels of the organization
