You will work closely with product, engineering, and leadership to improve how customers onboard, navigate the platform, understand campaign performance, and take action inside the product. - REQUIREMENTS:
- 4-6+ years of experience with UX, product design, or interaction design.
- Strong portfolio showing product thinking, user flows, interaction design, and problem-solving — not just visual UI.
- Experience designing SaaS, B2B, enterprise, analytics, or workflow-heavy products.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, usability, and user-centered design.
- Understanding of design for complex products while keeping the experience simple and transparent.
