Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspection, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of automotive systems and components.
- Monitor vehicle performance and recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
- Analyze mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in vehicles.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors for repair and servicing activities.
- Prepare maintenance schedules, technical reports, and service records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Support root cause analysis for equipment or vehicle failures.
- Assist in the implementation of cost-saving and process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and maintenance requirements.
- Participate in testing, commissioning, and performance evaluation of vehicles and equipment.
- Provide technical support and guidance to operational teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, engines, transmissions, braking systems, and automotive electronics.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of fleet management and maintenance software.
- Understanding of fuel efficiency optimization and vehicle performance analysis.
- Experience in handling commercial vehicles, heavy vehicles, or industrial equipment.
