Key Responsibilities
- Generate recent business opportunities by meeting hospitals, nursing homes, distributors, and dealers.
- Promote and sell the company's medical devices and hospital consumables.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and purchasing departments.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Travel to outskirts of the city once or twice a month as per requirement
Requirements:
- BSC Preffered
- 1-3 years of experience in sales. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred.
Preferred Experience
Experience in selling products to various personels.
