J Job Summary

The Senior Engineer - Applications & Proposals will be responsible for end‑to‑end techno‑commercial proposal development for Chemical Injection Packages, supplied to end users across the Middle East and India.

Responsibilities
- Review and interpret customer specifications, datasheets, and RFQs to define technical and commercial requirements.
- Perform equipment selection, sizing, and configuration of chemical injection packages, including pumps, instrumentation, piping, and accessories.
- Prepare complete techno‑commercial proposals, ensuring compliance with customer, project, and regional standards.
- Liaise with approved suppliers and vendors to obtain pricing, delivery timelines, and technical clarifications.
- Develop accurate costing and pricing structures, considering supply to the Middle East & India market.
- Ensure proposals meet margin, risk, and delivery targets.
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing,



and Project Management teams to ensure proposal feasibility and execution readiness.
- Act as the technical interface with customers during the inquiry and clarification stages.
- Provide complete proposal documentation to Project Management, including:
- Pricing and delivery commitments
- Technical clarifications and deviations
- Preliminary design data
- Exceptions and assumptions
- Customer specification compliance matrix
- Conduct post‑order and post‑project reviews to identify causes of margin erosion.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer within the organization, ensuring customer requirements are understood and addressed throughout the proposal phase.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven experience with Chemical Injection Packages and positive displacement pumps.
- Application knowledge in Oil & Gas, Water Treatment, and Petrochemical industries, particular
