About the role
We are building a landmark private residence in Ahmedabad to an exacting standard of structural and finishing quality. We are appointing a technical coordinator to sit on the owner's side of the project — independent of the civil contractor — to protect concrete and materials quality from foundation through structure, and to help us source and evaluate contractors and suppliers.
This is not a sales role. But we are deliberately looking for someone who has spent years in construction-chemicals technical sales,
because that background carries exactly what this project needs: a working command of concrete mix design and admixture behaviour, a trained eye for how concrete is placed and compacted on real sites, and an established network of contractors and ready-mix (RMC) plants across the Ahmedabad-Gujarat territory.
What you'll do
- Advise on and review structural concrete specification — admixture selection and dosage, mix design, curing regime — for a quality-critical build with heavy natural-stone cladding and accurate anchor zones.
- Provide independent, owner-side quality oversight of concrete works: witnessing pours, checking compaction and placement, catching and correcting defects such as honeycombing before they become structural problems.
- Use your territory knowledge to help identify, shortlist and vet civil contractors and RMC suppliers, and to cross-check their concrete discipline and reliability.
