Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development & Center Operations Executive to drive occupancy, revenue, client acquisition, and customer relationships for our coworking business.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle leads from calls, WhatsApp, website, walk-ins, referrals, and other sources.
- Conduct center tours, understand client requirements, prepare proposals, and close deals.
- Achieve occupancy, sales, and revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property brokers and channel partners.
- Generate business through corporate visits, networking, referrals, and broker channels.
- Track competitors, market pricing, offers, occupancy trends, and submit regular market reports.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and manage renewals, retention, and upselling.




- Coordinate with marketing teams/vendors for lead generation and promotion of available workspaces.
- Coordinate with the operations/facility team to resolve client complaints and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Maintain accurate daily and weekly reports covering leads, calls, follow-ups, visits, proposals, closures, occupancy, brokers, and revenue pipeline.
- Maintain CRM and sales records.

Required Skills:
- Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Excellent follow-up and lead-conversion ability.
- Ability to build broker/channel-partner relationships.
- Market research and competitor-analysis skills.
- Professional presentation and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets.
- CRM knowledge (Zoho, HubSpot, Odoo, Salesforce, etc.) is preferred.
