Experience: 2-4 years of experience in FCL Export Customer Service
Salary: Upto 4.5 Lakhs per annum
- Strong communication skills with shipping lines/carriers.
- Valuable knowledge of FCL export documentation.
- Experience in coordinating with customers and carriers.
- Ability to handle shipment follow-ups and ensure timely communication.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and logistics/ERP systems.
Pay: From ₹450,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
