Job Description - IBDP Business Management TeacherAbout the Role

Ahmedabad International School is seeking a passionate and experienced Business Management educator to teach the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) Business Management.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach IBDP Business Management to Grade 11 and 12 students.
- Plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons aligned with the IB curriculum.
- Prepare students for Internal Assessments (IA) and external examinations.
- Assess student learning and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Integrate real-world business contexts and case studies into teaching.
- Foster an inclusive, student-centered classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and school initiatives.
- Participate in parent meetings, professional development, and other school activities.

Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).




- Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience in IBDP Business Management or another internationally recognized curriculum.
- Solid understanding of the IB Diploma Programme philosophy, assessment standards, and inquiry-based pedagogy.
- Experience guiding students through Internal Assessments (IA) and/or Extended Essays (preferred).
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
