Job Description - Junior Accountant

Position: Junior Accountant
Location: Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh
Experience: 1-2 Years
Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accounting records and entries in Tally.
- Handle sales and purchase billing accurately.
- Manage inward and outward stock entries and related documentation.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain proper records of transactions.
- Assist in GST-related data preparation and other accounting activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for accounting and billing requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry and record maintenance.

Required Skills:




- Working knowledge of Tally ERP.
- Experience in billing, sales, purchase, inward, and outward entries.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Positive attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification:
- B.Com / M.Com or any relevant commerce qualification preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting and billing activities.
- Able to handle day-to-day accounting operations independently.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
