- What you’ll own

We are looking for a technically grounded Software Development Manager to lead delivery for modern backend and API-driven solutions across our global payment processing platforms.




- In this role, you will combine API domain expertise, strong people management, delivery ownership, and Agile execution. You will manage and develop engineering talent, partner with product and architecture teams, drive Scrum ceremonies and delivery planning, and ensure teams follow strong engineering practices across CI/CD, testing, security, reliability, and operational excellence.
- What you’ll bring
- Years of Experience: 12+ years of professional technology experience, including strong exposure to backend/API platforms and at least 3+ years managing engineering teams, delivery ownership, or people leadership responsibilities.
- People Management: Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop engineers; manage performance, priorities, and career growth; build accountability; and create a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
