We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executives to join our growing real estate team. This is a pure Pre-Sales Calling role focused on lead qualification and appointment generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 100 outbound calls per day (mandatory target).
- Generate a minimum of 10 qualified prospects per day (mandatory).
- Follow up with hot and warm leads.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify prospects.
- Update CRM with accurate lead information.
- Coordinate qualified prospects with the sales team for further follow-up and site visits.
- Submit daily calling and performance reports.
Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills are a must—the better your communication, the better your results.
