Key Responsibilities

Placement & Corporate Relations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry partners.
- Generate placement opportunities for students through campus drives, recruitment events, and job fairs.
- Identify new hiring partners and expand the company's employer network.
- Coordinate end-to-end placement activities, including interviews, assessments, and offer rollouts.
- Track placement statistics and prepare periodic reports.

Student Training & Employability




- Assess students' employability and identify skill gaps.
- Plan and organize training sessions on aptitude, communication, interview preparation, resume building, and soft skills.
- Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and career guidance sessions.
- Ensure students are placement-ready before interviews.

Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate with trainers, academic teams, and management to align placement activities.
- Maintain an updated student placement database and documentation.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with students and recruiters.
- Ensure smooth execution of placement drives and hiring events.

Industry Collaboration
- Build long-term partnerships with IT companies, startups, MNCs, and recruitment agencies.
- Organize guest lectures, industrial visits, webinars, and networking events.
- Stay updated with current hiring trends and industry requirements.
