Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Independently research and source engaging stories, trends, and human-interest topics from credible sources.
Identify unique and engaging stories suitable for digital and social media platforms.
Conduct detailed research and fact-check information before developing content.
Develop story ideas, concepts, scripts, and narratives from the research.
Monitor current affairs, social media trends, viral topics, and emerging conversations.
Convert complex information into simple, engaging, and relatable storytelling.
Maintain accuracy, originality, and credibility in all content.
Pitch new story ideas regularly based on current trends and audience interests.

Required Skills:
Excellent storytelling and writing skills.
Strong research and fact-checking abilities.




Ability to independently find and source stories and news.
Good command of English and/or Hindi.
Creative mindset with an eye for unique and lesser-known stories.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong curiosity and willingness to explore different topics.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in storytelling, journalism, content writing, digital media, research, or a related field.
Freshers with strong research, writing, and storytelling skills can also apply.

Preferred Background
Journalism / Mass Communication / Media
Experience in digital media, news, journalism, content creation, or social media will be an advantage.

Reference

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
