- Overseeing the Defence Affinity unit as Unit Head, - Leading and managing a team to achieve sales targets and goals, - Developing and implementing sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue, - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, - Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market, - Managing budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company funds, - Collaborating with other departments to achieve overall business objectives, - Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure business continuity, - Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, - Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, - Providing guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance

Essential Qualification:
Graduation
