HILRS Business Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Experienced Freight Broker with a proven track record in generating sales and revenue within the logistics industry. We are looking for motivated professionals who can build robust customer relationships, negotiate freight rates, and drive business growth.
Experience Required
- Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Freight Broker (mandatory).:
- Experience in sales generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire customers.
- Negotiate freight rates with carriers and customers.
- Manage the complete freight booking process.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience as a Freight Broker.
- Strong knowledge of the logistics and transportation industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on revenue generation.

- Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)
- Shift Timing: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
