Blazeblends (drnk) is a vibe that offers affordable, low-calorie beverages like iced coffees, matcha, and slushies, with a flagship store in Bandra West. It is expanding rapilty and opening multiple stores around the city.

About the Job Role:
Specific Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Assist customers with menu choices and answer questions about ingredients and specials
- Handle billing, payments, and POS systems responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations
- Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards at all times
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
- Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
- Address customer concerns politely and escalate issues when required

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:




- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality role is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Team Player, good at people skills
- Must be passionate about coffee/food
