About Shikksha Global
Shikksha Global is expanding its education admission network across districts, blocks and villages. We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Zonal Marketing Managers who can develop and manage the Shikksha Global Admission Cum Facility Centre network in their assigned district.
Job Responsibilities
The selected Zonal Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing the complete Shikksha Global admission network in the assigned district.
- Developing Admission Cum Facility Centres at Block and Village level.
- Identifying suitable persons/partners for establishing local admission centres.
- Recruiting, onboarding and managing centre partners and admission counsellors.
- Generating student enquiries and converting them into admissions.
- Promoting Shikksha Global courses and admission services in the local market.
- Conducting student counselling, admission camps, seminars and awareness programs.
- Building relationships with schools, colleges, students, parents and local education networks.
- Managing and supporting all centres operating under the assigned district.
- Setting monthly targets for centre partners and ensuring target achievement.
- Expanding the network by adding new villages, blocks and local representatives.
- Preparing regular admission, marketing and centre-performance reports.
- Ensuring proper branding and professional representation of Shikksha Global.
Centre Development Model
The primary responsibility of the Zonal Marketing Manager will be to create a strong grassroots education network.
